다음의 서류는 무엇일까요? 난감합니다...

오스트리아 유학 서류 중 다음 서류는 무엇이고 어떻게 발급받아야 할까요?
오스트리아의 빈 의과대학 지원서류 중 다음을 요구합니다. 답답한 마음을 안고 글 올려봅니다...



" applicants with a diploma/master degree from a non EU member state have to submit the eligibility to perform PhD studies (resp. any PhD equivalent doctoral studies) in this respective non EU member state issued by the registrar´s office of a state-approved university"



상기 서류는 졸업증명서, 학위수여증, 학위기 등과는 다른 서류인데, 우리 학교에는 이런 류의 증명서는 없습니다. 그래서 질의를 했더니 다음의 답변을 받았습니다.



There is needed a certification of eligibility to perform PhD studies (resp. any PhD equivalent doctoral studies) in your home country issued by the registrar´s office of a state-approved university.
The doc-ument has to be certified and authenticated.


결국 같은 말인데요....
